Yummy Mexican food with love mariachi music! Cute atmosphere and great drinks! The mole was flavorful and filling.

Old Fashioned Mexican Food! If you don't like the straight up traditional Mexican Food this place won't be your cup of tea ;) No bells and whistles here

We wound up at El Compadre by way of desperate road trip starvation and a nearest Yelp search.

It's very loud and crowded and the waiters seem to want to hurry people through. But the food is good.

We left before we ordered food: here's why.... 1- we were sat next to a slamming door that was shaking our table. we asked if they could wedge the door they said no- they also said if we want a different table it would be an hour and a half wait 2- took us about 30minutes to get menus 3- once our server finally came over it took 20 min for our drinks to arrive... After being there for 1 hour, we left! We have been coming here for YEARS and Have no idea why all of a sudden this is the service style....
