El Pollo Loco - Los Angeles

This restaurant features some of the hardest-working staff I've ever encountered. The menu is reasonably priced, and I would happily pay for the quality offered here. Not only do they provide excellent service, but they also maintain high food standards, catering to all budgets. They accept SNAP cards, which is a big plus. If you're looking for an affordable snack, their chips and guacamole are fantastic. The drinks are a bit on the pricey side, but the quality is definitely worth it. It's also incredibly convenient to have this Pollo Loco located in a shopping plaza.

The chicken was burnt. Most of the bottom was charred.

Apart from the beans and rice, there aren't any other vegan options available. I really miss the old self-service salsa bar.
