El Pollo Loco - Los Angeles

As someone who eats El Pollo Loco consistently I have to say this is one of their best locations. The chicken is always hot and fresh and the staff is very friendly. I love coming here because the service is great.

The original pollo bowl was delicious. Plenty of chairs-restroom and a friendly staff.

Please when you say chicken tostada let it be so. Dont just give out 2 pieces of chicken with vegetables. I like the food but your being very economical with the chicken.

Good customer service, fast and reliable. Only complaint is they don't have the well outside. In my personal opinion, it should be outside so that customers can refill. Other wise customer service is good.
