Esterel - Los Angeles

Esterel was wonderful. so a beautiful room, great staff and excellent eating. I'm definitely excited to go back.

As an appetizer, I had what was described as sweet potatoes. it was in the did fried sweet potatoes, but they were very fat and accompanied by incredibly salty fried tweepers that were deep fried to a point they were tasted like salt paper. the lamb flakes were over cooked and not very well seasoned. in total very disappointing eating and in no way resemble French cuisine.

Absolute worst service I’ve had in a long time. We arrived at 5 and were the only customers in the entire restaurant until we left it took 53 minutes to get a burger and short rib fries. Our server never offered us water refills my boyfriend had to get up and go to the hostess stand and get our water himself because there were no employees on the entire restaurant floor nor did she ask us how our meals were at any point. We also had to ask for our check because once our meals were dropped off we were never attended to again. I’d like to reiterate we were the only customers in the restaurant.

I had both dinner and breakfast Tuna tacos I modified with less sauce. Chef very accommodating. Breakfast was excellent coffee french drip fabulous, great waitstaff

My husband and I had a great night! Food was good! Salsa night !!
