Incredible meal. phenomenal service. everything and I mean, everything was amazing. he had oysters and burrata. and the filet mignon followed by the duck fat, kartoffels and flower cabbage. Jose cocktail was amazing and they had it in brand! the dessert was unforgettable. but best. the datei not mignon. the best steak ever! Crisp outer, delicate inside, spiced on perfection.

Best culinary experience in la! I stumbled while on the road in tommie hollywood on a random Wednesday night, and I could not be happier. Great experience! totally recommended! they have an open kitchen and we were close directly. we were shocked, how clean it is the kitchen and the whole time the cook was like a show, a quiet, because everything went smooth, beautiful and looked so easy (they are very professional.) we had a bone in ribeye with bark spikes and escape fat potatoes and as an appetizer we had wagyu bresaola. everything was finger licking. eating here is delicious and the whole experience was excellent!

My first time in experience with gwen was exceptional. I was in gwen to prepare for her bone-in-ribbed eye (30 days dry in the house) for special occasions at home dinner. this time I had to dinate with them for a special occasion and had to prepare their kind, the same meat I bought at home. the conclusion of this review is already mentioned at the outset. it was “EXCEPTIONAL” with all caps. for party of 4 we ordered 3 appetizers/ 2 main (bones in 30 days dry aged rib auge and new york strips) 3 pages. the server was very polite and very attentive, it was well spaced, loved the mood of the restaurant. we spent some money, but every dollar was worth it and we didn't leave the restaurant hungry.

One of the best steak restaurants! I stayed near the kitchen which was well organized and clean. The steak was amazing, the service as well… definitely we will come back just for this restaurant. You must try it
