House Of Pies - Los Angeles

I've been dining here for years. The food is satisfactory for a diner style restaurant. The service quality varies depending on the time you visit. When it's bad you feel like you overstayed you welcome. And when it's good they ignore you the same minus the pressure you must leave because they don't hound you if you'd like dessert and rush a bill to your table. The nostalgia is what keeps me coming back definitely not the service. Pies are amazing, food is decent enough, service varies, the physical place is comfortable and not cold. Front Parking is free.

It is certainly a house of cake. tasty cake! seriously, it's one of the best I had. with a friend stopped meeting some old well-known and was blown away from the choice of cakes. they have everything. I ordered the Dutch apple cake and it was delicious. if arnold blackegger approves this place, will I?

This place was great! Needed comfort breakfast food and this was perfect! I saw another customer eat the chocolate silk pie for breakfast and then I regretted not skipping breakfast and going straight to pie. Would definitely go again!
