It's Jersey Mike's. So it's good! However, at this location you have to wait outside the door if there are more than 2 or 3 customers inside. If they would open the other side, the line can be indoors. That way the food deliverers can pick up with noconfusion.
I was really disappointed when I saw the sandwich maker using the same gloves to handle money and then make my sandwich at the register. When I politely asked them to change gloves, they became quite upset. I was taken aback by their reaction.
I am unsure about the situation at this restaurant. When I arrived, there were 5 people ahead of me in line and it took over 20 minutes for 7 employees wearing masks behind a plexiglass barrier to make my sandwich. Five employees had a hand in preparing it - one got the bread, another cut the meat, the girl added the toppings, the next guy wrapped it, and the cashier handed it to me. Some customers were leaving while this process was taking place. It makes me wonder about the lack of management oversight.
The food at this restaurant is delicious, albeit slightly more expensive than Subway. However, the quality is definitely worth the extra cost. The staff members are also incredibly friendly and helpful.
