While the Main Street location is no longer there, the one on Whittier Blvd. east of Soto Street brings back memories of my childhood. I now visit once or twice a year specifically for their delicious breaded shrimp.
My family has been coming to this restaurant for generations, and it has become a tradition for us. I always order the chili rice with crackers to start, followed by a cheeseburger. One of my favorite things to do is add some chili rice to my burger as I eat it - it's a delicious combination that I highly recommend trying!
This charming family-owned restaurant has been a favorite spot for my family for the past 30 years. The jumbo shrimp is particularly delicious and the non-seafood dishes are also excellent, with no hint of seafood taste.
I have always loved their food you can't go wrong here loved it before and always will this is my first place to go and eat if I had a choice to go anywhere else.
Best beer battered shrimp ever... But I grew up on these so I may be a wee bit Biased lol
