If I can give this place no stars I would. They cancelled my order and never gave me my money back and I'm not talking about just like $10-20 it's was over $75!!! when I called to ask why my order was cancelled they said their online order machine wasn't working and that I needed to contact DoorDash when I ordered my food through their website!! I called DoorDash and they told me that my refund had to come through the restaurant because they had no history of my transaction on their end. They had me going back and forth calling DoorDash and the restaurant!! When DoorDash tried to contact the manager they said that the restaurant had blocked them so they had no way of getting a hold of them. Now I have to dispute it with my bank!! After years of ordering here I will never do it again!!!! Big headache!!!

Bomb no doubt you should forsure give this place a try everyone i know loves this place i usually order the number 3 or 4 but its good make sure to get teriyaki sauce and the salad dressing cause the salad is dry but once you put that dressing on the salad its good

I don’t know what happened to this place but it’s terrible and they always run out of items now, I used to love this place but it’s getting worse the owner should do something.

I have been frequenting this franchise for decades starting with their Sherman Oaks location. They have remained consistent with how they cook and prepare their offerings, especially my favorite the charbroiled yakiniku rib eye combo with the Kuishimbo salad slaw and the tangy drinkable dressing. When they closed the Sherman Oaks location I was pretty bummed. Although not as often I would trek to the Los Angeles locations. Through it all they still have reasonable prices especially in comparison to other eateries. Nothing fancy, just good hearty portioned japanese charbroiled yakiniku with some sushi and tempura offerings. I'll keep going until either they give out or me!
