Our server had amazing energy, she let us know she was new but it honestly wouldn’t have crossed my mind the way she answered our questions and was sure about my allergy restrictions! I ended up ordering the steak salad, amazing! It wasn’t plated well and initially that put me off but after first bite I was blown away. The steak was tender and well marinated and the salad greens were all fresh and the dressing wasn’t overdone. I also ordered my signature green tea matcha latte, I did not love this one. The flavor was very earthy but not in the good way. We also tried the cinnamon pancakes! I am generally not a pancake person but these were next level, between the presentation and the actual flavors it caught me off guard. The Italian omelette was very flavorful and better than anticipated. I believe them when they say farm to table ingredients. Even the orange juice we ordered tasted fresh squeezed (read sour with pulp lol). Overall good experience and would recommend anyone in the area to have atleast one meal here!
Service was great but food was okay. The thin fries with sprinkled cheese and garnish were so hard. The lychee mimosa was soooo strong we could not enjoy at all. The meatballs were hard. I don’t think il be back here. And parking was $6 It’s so small not enough space I parked away from property. You pay the meals plus tip of course plus parking plus tipping parking tenant.
We were sat right away on Sunday. The outside sitting was perfect amazing December weather. The food came out, could tell it was sitting under the light abit. Plate was hot food was cold... The place was underataff a bit so I get it. Still tasty... Staff super nice made up for it. I suggest the potatoes be could a bit less they were way over done. Salsa was fire.
I was surprised how good my breakfast was. My eggs were poached perfectly. They ask if you want them soft, medium or hard. Mine were poached soft, as requested. The breakfast potatoes were terrific. Just diced and roasted, nothing fancy. But man, those potatoes were good! They give you a lot and I ate them all. My wife had the egg white veggie frittata and loved it. Our guest had the frittata d’ America and said it was great too. The waitstaff was patient and efficient. The whole vibe was laid back. I’d love to eat here again. Got my eye on one of their pastrami sandwiches.
Ricotta Toast...add 2 poached eggs and dump all those berries on your plate and...voila! (dried figs, pistachios, ricotta cheese, honey, sourdough)
