Mateo's Ice Cream - Los Angeles

Delicious, it's a shame they don't let you try other flavors.

A great spot to stop for some ice cream. So delish!! I haven't tried the food so can't rate it.

First location I started going to this is a must stop when in LA and there’s no place like it! You have to make a stop and go for it because the flavors are authentic and you will always notice the subtle differences in their sweetness and the authentic choices. They’re sure to keep their reputation and it feels great coming back to this as well. I love the lemon and mango with chile. Love it!

They offer a wide range of frozen treats, fresh smoothies and fruits. We had some of their ice cream. The strawberries and cream is perfect, not too sweet. The cookies and cream are always really good and creamy. The price is reasonable and locally owned. Also the fruit pellet is really good. I personally enjoy the coconuts.

Their vampiros and sandwiches are delish. Ice cream is very good as well. I love the coconut and strawberry ice cream bars.
