Mcdonald's - Los Angeles

It's McDonald's, but the current staff are enthusiastic, engaged, and seem genuinely happy to be working there, which creates a pleasant experience.

The staff at this restaurant is extremely unprofessional. The food is consistently cold and poorly prepared. My experiences here have been terrible; they've messed up my order, and they often run out of adult meal options. I even found eggshells in my Egg McMuffin. You have to inquire if you want your food fresh, as they seemingly don't prioritize it. I would not recommend visiting this place.

The restaurant wasn't too crowded, and the food was served quickly and hot. It's a nice touch that you have to request straws, as it helps reduce waste. However, the play area was closed.

Always closed at 8pm but it says until 9. Never let me go in.

Came in the drive through, the second machine was out of service. Secondly, might be the only mc Donald?s that stops serving breakfast after 10 am . . . I got there at 12 asking for breakfast and was told they don?t serve it after 10 . Why only one starreview? Because you don?t serve breakfast all day . That?s why . Customer service did kinda sucked . No smile , nothing . Justgrab your money and go about your day . I?ve had way better experience with mc Donald?s at far worse places .
