That was by far the worst culinary experience I ever had. Rude Personal, Profiling not only me, but my guest due to our age. Missing in customer service, fast food-level service to be accurate. The food was prepared very slowly and badly. 1 hour from setting to eating; and only 1 server interaction. Don't recommend my enemy, take business elsewhere.

We love this hotel/restaurant that we have served here since its opening. It has changed enormously over the years. Supported the Restaurantmulde Kovid and was very disappointed at the food at the time and today. The only thing that doesn't change is that prices continue to rise. What we totally understand. BUT the quality of food should remain the same. Also the little perks that made the restaurant so charming were made with the bellini when you arrive and the fluffy puff freshly baked bread a beautiful surprise. There seems no more special place to eat. The food is honestly not about the quality we are used to there. I'm sorry to say we won't eat there anymore. Very disappointing last night. The service was amazing. I'll remember the good memories that were too bad that they don't keep their glamour.

Our server was rude, unfriendly and refused, a children's menu or list of all child-friendly items that they can make for my 9-year-old daughter. He disappeared halfway through dinner and was not where to see. As a result, no one checked for our appetite for food, the steak was dry and cooked over), pasta was too salty. Nobody offered us the desert menu at the end. The lights in the area of the “library” were up and down for the whole hour that we spent there, which was extremely annoying and despite me she asked to repair it no one did and no one apologized. On the way it was shocking to discover that they smoke cigarettes and cigars right next to the entrance. Not in a dedicated smoke zone, but quite anywhere near the front doors and the unhealthy odours in the lobby. It seems that they do not become local but arrogant customers from abroad who smoke alongside small children without Wink. We'll never be back. The food was bad, the service was bad, we had to dine with flashing lights... no more comments. Ciprianis New York locations so much better combined and the food is always top notch. Don't expect it here, in LA location.

Usually love Cipriani. This location has no vibe or buzz. Even though the restaurant was very quiet, the chef would not accommodate the most basic request.

From the moment we arrived until we left everyone made us feel at home and the food was great!
