Horrible service! I placed an online order for a combo on Day 10 and selected a pickup time for 1 PM. I even showed the cashier my email on my phone, which included my name, order, and the pickup time. The cashier checked it and then asked me, "What is this pickup time?" So I told her I'd call to clarify. There was a man there who said I needed to leave because they were waiting. My order was just a combo!! I can't believe this—it's all so frustrating! The manager was not helpful at all, and it shouldn't be this complicated. It’s not rocket science to check an order and confirm the name! What a terrible experience!

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was lacking, and the staff didn't even acknowledge me. The food was poorly cooked, and I regret choosing this place just because it was nearby. I ended up wasting half of my lunch break without even receiving a "we'll be with you shortly." I wouldn't recommend spending your time or money here.

The service was friendly and the restaurant is pet-friendly. I brought my dog in a backpack, and they offered her water while I was placing my order. Thank you for that!

I went just before graduation? So literally they had nothing?
