It seems they don’t appreciate the hard-earned money customers spend here, and they also treat their employees poorly, almost as if they're incapable. If you work there, I genuinely feel for you having to deal with such a disrespectful manager. It’s important to treat guests with kindness, or they simply won’t return. After this experience, I won't be coming back again.
This was my first visit to this Panda Express, and I was disappointed from the start. The woman who served us was rude right from the beginning. I requested a half portion of rice and half of chow mein, but I received way too much rice. I ordered the steak as a premium side along with Kung Pao Chicken, and I was given less than a spoonful of it, leaving me with a half-empty plate. The cashier's attitude was equally unwelcoming; despite her poor demeanor, she appeared to be attentive but lacked basic skills in processing our order. She had a confused look on her face and still managed to act as if we were the issue.
I ordered from Postmates on May 3rd and got the orange chicken, fried rice, and chow mein. Unfortunately, the chow mein was dry and there were no noodles—just twirls of celery. I will never order from this Panda Express through Postmates again. I submitted a complaint to Postmates, but I haven't received a response. Make sure to check your order before accepting it. I took pictures through the Postmates app, but regrettably, I didn't save them on my phone, so I can't share them here.
I 'm someone who normally doesn 't submit bad reviews, but the service at this Panda Express was horrible and the food quality was awful. The person who served me was Mari C. and she had a terrible attitude from start to finish. Here 's a tip for her, if she 's having a bad day or hates her job, don 't take it out on customers. I went there soon after they opened, figuring that the food would be fresh. Clearly I was wrong, very few entrée selections and the food that was available didn 't look too fresh. If I wasn 't on a lunch break I would have just left. So I got the two entrée plate, I ordered a premium entrée and the teriyaki chicken. She quickly added the chicken to the plate and headed to the register. So I said wait, can I have teriyaki sauce? With an attitude she says, we ran out. Ran out of teriyaki? Okay whatever, it happens. Why didn 't she say that after I asked for teriyaki chicken? What she should have said at the beginning was, I 'm sorry we 're out of teriyaki sauce, is that okay? Or would you like something else? Then I would have either asked for something else or said I 'll keep the chicken. In this case I decided to instead go with the orange chicken. Then she got an attitude about me changing the entrée to orange chicken. The quality of the orange chicken was terrible, it was hard and practically inedible. This location needs to be visited by the Panda Express corporate office, unless bad customer service and poor food quality is part of the Panda Express brand. I certainly will not be back.
One employee stands out as professional, friendly and hard working. Some of the other employees are indifferent to huge lines (which always come when Steph is on break). These employees seem to laugh and take great pleasure at allowing the lunch and dinner lines to go out of the store before starting to serve the customers. Steph is a winner and the only reason I go to this store once and a while! Her co workers are a different story. Yesterday, a Hispanic woman started to take my order, and then she ran away. Nobody took her place and it appeared she went to serve somebody who had a take out order. Now about 10 people were in line and nobody took her place. Outrageous. She was very rude to me when I checked out and I don't think she even realized I was the one she abandoned. Clueless. It is obvious that the employees are intentionally giving bad service and possibly even putting things in the food as a way of sending a clear message to the Black community surrounding this store. It is like spitting in their face. Wow. Not a single Black employee. Something needs to be done about the Asian employee who laughs and grins when the lines get long. I wonder if she is some type of sadist?
