Pasta Pirozzi - Los Angeles

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. My pasta was overcooked and drenched in sauce. The mushrooms were in large chunks and seemed to be from a can. The salmon was almost unidentifiable and I suspect it was also canned. The mozzarella was just tossed on top in big, solid pieces. It was really unappetizing.

When I got there, I informed the staff I was there for my order, only to be told it wasn’t ready. I was okay with waiting initially, but 5 minutes passed, and still nothing. Another 5 minutes went by, and still no food. After 15 minutes, one of the employees asked for my name to check the status of my order, but it still wasn’t ready. I ended up waiting a total of 25 minutes for my order, which was just unacceptable. When I finally inquired again, one of the employees checked and handed me my bag. To make matters worse, I was advised to use a different website if I wanted my food faster. Really?! The website I ordered from never mentioned anything about that. It was a terrible response. To top it all off, one of my items had spilled in the bag, making a huge mess, and the food was cold. It felt like they had let my order sit for 10 minutes and didn’t even bother to check on it. I strongly advise against visiting this place. It was truly the worst experience I’ve had ordering food.

I just had the elbow macaroni and cheese with bacon, ham, and truffle oil. I was pleased that it wasn't overly greasy. The dish was generously topped with cheese and had a good amount of bacon and meat. My only complaint is the price; with tax and fees, it came to around $21, which I think is a bit expensive, especially since it wasn't delivered. The restaurant is situated in a community ghost kitchen, so you order at a kiosk and wait for your name to be called. The service time was reasonable, taking about 10 to 12 minutes. Overall, the macaroni and cheese was really quite tasty!

Placed an order on this and waited about an hour for delivery, then my order was canceled telling me the restaurant was closed. Really annoying waiting on lunch for an hour to be told it's closed. They need to keep up with their times on apps. Ridiculous
