Fastest service ever. Reasonable prices. But Everything is sort of bland. Not enough salt being used. I think this place could be Chinese owned… You can tell in the way they cook their lemongrass pork, the nuoc Cham dipping sauce, and depth of pho broth. Everything is not quite flavorful enough. For a Vietnamese person like myself, I can tell the difference but it’s definitely passable.
Nice and clean family owned business with delicious food and a fair price. We were very impressed and pleased
As a southeast asian, I can say this pho joint misses the mark. Unfortunately, the pho is a bit bland. I had asked for fish sauce and was handed this bottle of soy sauce sauce labelled “fish sauce.” Upon clarification, the waitress kept insisting it was fish sauce
The high reviews led me here from Marina del Rey where i live. Got the rare welldone steak Pho , and the spring roll sampler. The pho broth was not as tasty as i would prefer. Felt thin and did not have a lot of flavor. The spring rolls were very good, would recommend all of them, especially shrimp. Overall, if you are looking for tasty pho broth, Pho MDR is much tastier (and closer to home for me : My creds: lived in NYC for 10 years and found the best pho spots in chinatown through trial error.
