Pizzana - Los Angeles

The pizza here is fantastic, and the salads are equally delicious. It's a wonderful place for a date night, with a great atmosphere.

I had a delightful dinner here, featuring a delicious pizza and a Caesar salad.

Pizzana has received a lot of positive feedback, and we were really eager to give it a try. We ordered the Cacio E Pepe, which appears to be their signature pizza based on their website. The slow-fermented dough, which rises for two days, was delightfully chewy. However, the parmigiano crema with cracked black pepper reminded us more of standard cream cheese you'd find on a bagel, and we found it a bit lacking. We'll definitely have to sample the Neo Margherita next time. The service was very friendly, and the ambiance was warm and inviting, especially with the pizza oven prominently on display under the dim lighting.

Small restaurant but big on taste! We had reservations and got seated right away. Broccolini for an appetizer was very good and we had two pizzas. The gluten free spinach pizza was excellent and the gluten free mushroom pizza good but was a little salty. Parking a little difficult and we had a little walk but the payoff of excellent pizza made it worth it. Would love to go back.
