Plant Food For People - Los Angeles

I have never had better tacos than the ones at this food truck. I travel a long distance just to eat here. I wish it were a sit-down restaurant because the jackfruit is amazing. The tacos and nachos are a must-try!

I recently tried pffp when they visited my workplace. I ordered the torta and the super crazy taco. As a fan of jackfruit, I had high expectations, and I was not disappointed! While I have had better jackfruit tacos in the past, these were still incredibly flavorful and delicious. I opted for my taco to be super crazy, so it came with beans, coleslaw, chipotle mayo, tomatillo, and pico de gallo. In my opinion, the tacos are the way to go here! It's hard to find a good vegan torta in my area, so I was thrilled to try theirs, and it was amazing! Setting aside the fact that they were vegan, pffp definitely has the best Torta bread I've ever tasted. My partner is Mexican, and we have tried many tortas, so that's saying a lot. I also appreciated the variety of flavors available – even those who don't like spicy food can enjoy their meals here. I ordered mine to be extra spicy, and it was just right. Next time I am in LA, I will definitely be trying out their nachos, as my coworkers rave about them. Can't wait!

I tried pffp when they were fair on the L.A county. I tried the torta and the tacos; so delicious! I'm so glad they were there or I don't know what I had eaten. my sister also loved eating and she is not vegan! I usually dislike fake meats, but jackfruit carnitas are technically fruit with spices and they taste great. The best complement to these street-food style tacos are the great selection of salsas. The pinto beans can be a very nice complement to your tacos.
