Simply Salad Koreantown - Los Angeles

Simply salad is on my weekly rotation but I hate this location. The employees seem to always get my order wrong. Last time they gave me the wrong dressing and another time before they gave me chicken instead of tofu. Today I waited for 20 minutes while the women at the front SLOWLY packages Uber orders. My food was just sitting there in the back…

The 2 dudes with the backwards hats were really fast i was so impressed?? ordered my own custom wrap and they were able to ring me up in less than 5 minutes?

I ordered delivery from them, so I can 't comment on the atmosphere. But the food was delicious! I got a Cardini 's Caesar salad with chicken and bacon. The food was plentiful. It came already dressed, with more dressing on the side. Very tasty and the croutons were very crisp. We also ordered a build your own wrap which was big and very good. And snickerdoodle cookies which were wonderful. 10/10 will order from them again!

When everything goes right with your order here it tastes incredible and I would highly recommend it. But it seems like, for this K Town location, about 95% of the time they make a mistake. I had FOUR Postmates orders in a row that were all missing at least one item. If they can dial in on actually following what people ordered I would have zero complaints.

The food was not good and the tea was so nasty I looked at the tank and it looked sooo dirty and tasted like tea with sink water and Why would I pay $20 for a nasty microwaveable chicken and dry romaine ?
