Very friendly staff and fast. Open 4:30 am and centrally located. Great lounging area although closed during Covid. Thank you Jerier for the welcoming spirit at such an early time.
Excellent customer service. This was my usual coffee spot since I lived above the store. The entire crew is super friendly and they value your each visit. I'll definitely miss this place.
This SB may be the best in the DTLA area(it's a little outside downtown which gives it a nice neighborhood feel). The Good Samaritan Hospital is next door; so the crowd is nice and upscale(it's also built into a new condo). The staff does a great job. I also was impressed with the cleanliness and 2 bathrooms. There's some unique tables for singles and a nice enclosed patio. Highly recommended for DTLA enthusiasts and hospital visitors.
