Contribuisci feedbackJust experienced one of the most horrible service possible. I was rushed and when I asked the servicer to not rush me. She said I have a customer behind you. I asked her to please not put the tomatoes with holes in the middle on my sandwich. She said All the tomatoes had holes in the middle. Which was not true. I asked for another servers. They gave me another server but she continued to argue at me. No one should have to be insulted at a Subway by a server. Rude, very rude.
My family and I came into this store today and the experience was not good. First the store was not busy at all, the short girl was making our sandwiches and was barely putting any of condiments on the sandwich we kept having to ask her to put more. she was being lazy and didn't want to restock her food station at all. Another problem was the high chair, it had only one strap so you can not buckle it. My son is one and he kept trying to climb out of it so it made it difficult for us to eat.
This subway didn't put the deluxe option on none of the 4 subs I ordered. They were made entirely sloppy and without care. We were the last order of the night and when I called to complain about the delivery of those terrible subs, the worker told me to call the manager tomorrow when they're open. So, I called the manager and she was absolutely no help. She said I would have to bring the subs in as evidence, but the worker never told me to retain those subs, so we threw the remains away. So, we spent $60 on subs that barely had any meat at all and way too many vegetables. Highly disappointed.
I would not recommend this shop due to the manager level of professionalism. I walked over to Subway from Manual Arts for lunch and water. Before I could order, I asked could I get some water in my water bottle. The manager named Vicki said no pay for something. So I replied ?that is a first. Typically you let people get water, but it?s COVID? so I walked out. As I was walking out, this unprofessional individual said get the f out? so I replied and told her I will follow up with head quarters, she said go for it. She tripping tripping, but I will do her a better job. I will make sure i no longer do business with subway. Subway is dry and this one star is giving this lady and company too much joy they need to give me my time back. -100/5 stars.
Service was really slow. But my sandwich was good my wrap wasn't i think they need more practice with the wraps
