Subway - Los Angeles

Terrible experience! My husband and I ordered two tuna sandwiches, but neither of them contained any tuna. There was hardly a small amount spread on top, and the bun was incredibly dry and covered in red onions. I expect a manager to reach out to me about a refund. If not, I will contact corporate and let them know about this location.

I was just at the restaurant 30 minutes ago and ordered a tuna sandwich. It had a strange taste, but I was so hungry that I ate it anyway. A couple of minutes later, my stomach started to protest. When I asked for the bathroom code, they told me it was closed to everyone. I’m not sure that’s a decision the health department would approve. Thankfully, the Blaze Pizza next door was nice enough to let me use their restroom. This situation is definitely bad for Subway's business!

I ordered a footlong sandwich and wanted tuna, but they only had enough for half. I went ahead and filled the rest with something else. However, I ended up being charged for two six-inch sandwiches without being informed that this would be the case. The server was also rude, insisting that I should have known, even though I hadn’t been told anything. A minor issue like this shouldn't have caused so much trouble. The staff should do a better job of communicating and shouldn’t place blame on customers.

Today 05/22/22 around 1:00pm we stoped by (3335 S. Figueroa St. Location)to grab a couple of Footlongs, Unfortunatly had a BAD expirience with the Customer Service??????????? Antonela had a bad atittude was rude and not a Good expirience. The food is Good , But this Person is not right.

The Sandwiches are great. I ordered a Veggie Delight Sandwich, it was delicious. Filled with tons of veggies and Sauces of my choice, with other stuff like Jalapeno, Olives, Pickle, etc. The toasted Jalapeno Cheddar Bread with extra cheese is just awesome. Would recommend you to try this place for sure, especially to vegetarian and vegan people. Satisfied my Hunger to the top. ????
