Love this spot the food and service is wonderful definitely try the twisted peppers

As for customer service, it was decent. We placed our order at 10:30 a.m., and the woman who took it sounded quite tired, almost ready to go home. I won’t mention her name since we weren’t treated poorly, but she definitely seemed exhausted. We ordered a Beefy 5-Layer Burrito, a Chicken Quesadilla, and a Doritos Locos Taco. I also added a chalupa when we got to the window, requesting just meat and cheese for that. As we drove by, I noticed there were plenty of parking spaces available and hardly anyone parked. The Beefy 5-Layer Burrito tasted great, but it fell apart in my hands—I don’t think it was wrapped very well. My husband and son enjoyed the Quesadilla and Doritos Locos Taco with no complaints. However, I was a bit disappointed with the chalupa because they added everything to it, and I'm allergic to tomatoes. I take some responsibility for this, as I didn’t specify my order clearly on the screen rather than at the window. During our meal, I saw that same woman who took our order outside, handling the pick-up board in the freezing cold, which earned some points back for the restaurant. They were also wearing their masks properly!

In a single word: uncomfortable. The atmosphere is tarnished by the presence of loud music and homeless individuals loitering in the area.

I experienced severe stomach issues after eating here, and I found that the phone number and voicemail are not functioning. I feel it's important to share my experience with others.

They waved me away at the drive-thru like I was carrying COVID-20 and a severed head of their beloved childhood pet on the front of my scooter. I understand that people on scooters might seem suspicious, but I had just come from a motorcycle accident, had my bike stolen, and was feeling battered and bruised. I just wanted a taco and a friendly smile. Unfortunately, PepsiCo's overly strict policy left a lasting impression on this lifelong Taco Bell fan.
