The owner of this restaurant is very entertaining and the food is delicious. You can choose as healthy of an option as you'd like.
Barbara, the owner and chef of The Flames, is a powerhouse of talent. She hand-cooks everything and it is truly amazing! I have had Mongolian barbecue before, but nothing compares to the quality and taste at her restaurant. My fiancé and I tried the chicken dish and were blown away by the generous portions of vegetables and flavorful sauces. Just a heads up, Barbara is the only one working in the restaurant, so during busy times there may be a bit of a wait. However, I can assure you that every minute is worth it. The Flames is a hidden gem in LA that deserves to be supported by locals, but I also want everyone to experience this incredible place. Barbara is a lovely person and she is not exaggerating when she talks about how delicious her food is - it's the real deal!
If you're looking for a dining experience that combines ambiance, service, and exceptional food, look no further than Three Flames Mongolian Bar-B-Q. The restaurant's cozy ambiance, adorned with Mongolian artifacts, created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The service was prompt and attentive, and the staff was eager to share their knowledge of Mongolian cuisine. As for the food, it was a revelation! Each dish was bursting with flavors, and the attention to detail in presentation was remarkable. A truly memorable dining experience!
