Contribuisci feedbackUnfortunately, when we approached the front desk, we were informed that the restaurant was no longer accepting reservations and would not honor ours for dinner. If I had been notified of this change in advance—either via email or through Open Table—I could have made alternative dinner plans. Tom's Urban's lack of communication about this issue was incredibly frustrating. Due to this experience, I have no plans to return to the restaurant and have shared my disappointment with my friends.
This place was terrible. I had made a reservation a month in advance, and they still refused to honor it, despite having proof in the form of my email confirmation.
Place was slow not busy whatsoever but yet the food was cold !!
They didn't honor my reservation. I got there on time. The hostess told that they had not table. Really bad experience.
Wonderful service, loved the restaurant! Will be back again
