Tuscan Son- Modern Italian Breakfast/lunch/dinner/bakery/cat

When we decided to cancel our order, both cashiers displayed unprofessional behavior. They informed us that our order would take about 10 minutes, but then contradicted themselves, saying it would be ready soon. It felt as though they were blaming us for our discomfort, despite the fact that the initial cashier was unfriendly and took our order with a rather sour attitude.

I absolutely love the Eggplant Lasagna and Blueberry Cakes—they're the best! All the baked goods are fantastic as well. The Arugula Salad is also delicious. The seating inside is limited, so I recommend arriving early if you want a table indoors.

The Tuscan Son is simply outstanding! Their food and service are consistently top-notch. Today, I tried the Tonno Mare, an Italian tuna salad sandwich, and I highly recommend adding a boiled egg. It’s not only delicious but also healthy, especially when paired with the side salad. This has quickly become my favorite sandwich at The Tuscan Son. Don’t forget to finish off your meal with the Nutella coffee cake—you won’t regret it! Plus, they offer free covered parking, which is an added bonus. Treat yourself and go visit!

I see a lot of positive reviews for the Tuscan Son Restaurant, so it is better to order Togo because I was disappointed with the quality of the food I received with my Togo orders. They also cut their cake portion possible to the thinnest layer, which is not worth $16.48 price, especially when you go to the mascara cake. Not recommended for departure! P.S. Togo orders were placed at Tuscan Son West Los Angeles, not by an app.

I didn?t want to write a review because this place is a gem that should not be exploited for trend. Took my mother here for her 65th birthday dinner on 9/24 and it was hands down one of the best dining experiences we?ve had in recent memory. From the delicious food, Al fresco dining atmosphere, wonderful patrons and the stellar award-winning worthy Very Berry Marscapone Cake by pastry chef Mateo, Tuscan Son is a gift to the Los Angeles dining scene. But my last compliment goes to Jonathan and his fellow server- with ease, kindness, and recommendations to boot, he handled the never ending line of guests and orders and was able to serve us and make our dinner special through it all from first course to last. No attitude, not flustered just pure professional! To the owner(s) you should be proud to know your restaurant is in capable and outstanding hands. Cannot wait to return again soon!!
