Verde A€“ Nordstrom Century City

Extremely disappointing. Service was horrible! Once we got our food no one followed up with us. Our water glasses and drinks remained empty. We had to flag down the hostess to order dessert. When I asked to speak with someone who appeared to be a manager she shrugged her shoulders and before walking away, said a large party backed up the kitchen. Even she didn’t offer to refill our water glasses The food is just ok. The shrimp served with our salads was fishy and probably a day away from spoiling. If the awful service we received is Nordstrom’s new normal, do not waste your money or time eating at Bar Verde Century City. There are many other restaurants to choose from at this mall with much better service and quality of food.

Food was delicious, server was friendly and attentive! Overall great experience.
