The employees inside does not speak English and very rude and I believe it’s very unfair.

Sometimes they have attitude not the mangers the other ones do. Check ur order before u leave make sure she didn't mess up .

Some of the staff are extremely rude. About a week ago, the last time I went there, I was trying to order a torta via phone. The staff wouldn 't pick up the phone, and when she finally did she answered, stop bothering , and hung up. I addressed her about this when I walked in as I was trying to pick up something for lunch that day. She was apologetic, however, there is no excuse to pick up a business phone like it 's a personal line. Very disappointed and don 't see myself going there anytime soon ?.
