Panda Express - Los Banos, Laguna

Ordered online around 430 to pick up at 5:00. Get there at 510 and they have no idea what I'm talking about they check the cue and say oh there it is we just got it. Lies! Come on I got a family to feed. You order online so I don't have to wait. Someone needs to keep track of online orders.

As a Dasher, I love going here. Service is so fast. Everyone super nice. There is no weak link at Panda. Good job to all the employees.

Good was ok. The chicken was a bit dry and tasted a bit burned. Still it was an ok

Very disappointed in my visit this time. The lady serving us was just either having a bad day or flat didn't gaf. I will say that by the time we got to the register that guy was way more helpful as in making sure we had what we wanted. He was getting backed up a little but that was because he was having to pick up the slack from the Lady not doing her fair share! The lady wasn't interested that most of the pans were empty or if they were making more of anything she would just say idk. I'll go back but this time around was not a good time.

Never write bad reviews but this one deserves it, first of all my boyfriend picked up the order and the workers looked at him like he was stealing the bag when he went to grab it from the pick up area. When he opened the bag he noticed that a Bigger plate was missing along with 12 piece rangoons. My boyfriend took the bag along with the receipt to show them the items that were missing. When we sat down we realized that the side boxes (the red ones) that come with the bigger plate were missing my boyfriend once again went up to tell them. One of the workers walked over and got one of two sides from the bigger plates ordered, seemed like he didn’t even want to help. At this point my boyfriend was upset and gave up on going back and telling them. I love Panda but this location is definitely not friendly and I would not eat here again just because of the service.
