Applebee's Grill - Los Lunas

It’s an okay spot for a group looking to eat affordably. I appreciate the two-for-$25 deal, but the food just doesn’t cut it. I’d honestly prefer to go to Chili's for better quality. On the bright side, the staff are wonderful — they are friendly and very attentive to their customers.

We had to ask someone if we can get seat after waiting for over 10 min there was plenty of empty tables no one at the entrance to greet guests. When we got waited on and received our appetizers. My friends and I did not get plates with it. So we had to pass the dish and eat off it on napkins. Once the food arrived we were never once asked if we needed any refills on our drinks. The food was great but the waitress obviously needs more training. I will not be going back.

Slow service. Went for all you can eat wings and in 1.5+ hours we were only able to get 1 second order of wings and they only brought 3 out. They were also out of flavors but didn't say anything until after we ordered and were waiting for our food.

The waitstaff were very slow and seemed more focused on chatting with each other at the computer than on serving customers. I had to wait for someone to clean a table, even though the restaurant wasn't busy. It took 15 minutes to take my drink order, and I had to get my own place setting. I asked multiple times for a drink refill. The food was good once it finally arrived, but unfortunately, I left without leaving a tip.

Horrible service. Like worst I've ever had. Steak was so fatty I couldn't even eat it. And I waited over 20 minutes for sugar for my coffee. Which it turned out they were completely out of. Couldn't even get the manager to come out and talk with me about any of it. Will not be returning and corporate really need to get some better training at this location.
