Church's Chicken - Los Lunas

This place is horrible. The lady taking my order completely messed up. I asked for 4 Jalepeno poppers and she tried to give me two extra legs. How do you get two legs from jalapeño poppers?! Then she got an attitude and said she asked me twice if I wanted the legs, I never asked for legs! On top of everything, they didn't give me dipping sauce or my other drink I ordered . I hardly ever go here. KFC was having issues, so I had to compromise. I'll be staying away from this location, I'll eat Ramen noodles before I eat here again.

Great spicy chicken and some of the best fried okra.

It's only 4 stars bc it is Church's. This location always gets it right. They are terribly overpriced, in my opinion, but they are better value than kfc. I like okra.

I'm still waiting on my refund. I have contacted corporate customer service 4 times now.

Picked up in drive thru arrived home and found that I was missing items that I'd paid for. No one answered the phone that night, to inquire about a replacement or refund . Next day I was offered the food, but that solution was too late. Manager not available to speak to about a refund. Before driving away, make sure your order is complete!
