Cool to hear the story about the family are pig farmers. Suggestions for the company (because I want you to succeed) Heat your rolls and warm butter. (min was cold, and Bland, could also have been old) Renaming Do not add the original hot, sweet Don 't afriad to the local sauce
Updated 4/24/19: BEST KUNDER SERVICE EVER!!! And still big bbq as delivery via door pocket!!! Thank you. Summer written to send a hand thanks note, SUPERIOR Service!!! And thanks to Jordan for cooking our appetizer!!! 1 month ago: AMAZINGT DELICIOUS BBQ!!!! I was here a few times and loved every dish I tried. The Brisket must be my Fave in town. The taste and skill of the brisket makes you smile immediately!! The place is very necessary in the area. The smell as you go in makes you immediately hungry and want to order everything they offer. The sauces are brilliant and open to any level of New Mexican with a BBQ tooth!! The sides are delish and they even have local beers on tap!!! Everything tastes and looks super fresh! The service was mixed so that I can give this place full of 5. First, the employees are inviting, but then they seem to be distracted as soon as they receive the order. You're kind, just not on the ball. Never mind. You have to eat HERE if you want delish, OG BBQ with an ABQ Flare!!!
Unique New Mexico style BBQ with Chile infused everything! They offer 6 different types of BBQ sauces mixed with red Chile, green Chile or mix of the two. All you get will be good, but be sure to try all the pages that Chile has in them. If you have to choose one, get the Mac and cheese... trust me!
If you like Chile in your sauce, this is the place for you! My husband ordered a hamburger. I ordered ribs and they were plentiful. They smoke them in apple wood, but there is no sauce. Add that at the table. You can choose from several bottles. The sauces were delicious, but I prefer a rich and tangy BBQ sauce so, for me this was not ideal. I think this is something that many new Mexicans can appreciate.
We were looking for something new to try and ran across this place. We actually enjoyed out visit. Pros: 1. The staff was very nice, 2. Clean 3. Food quality was over all really good and the fusion of styles was pleasing to our palates. Cons: 1. The prices are a little expensive for the amount of food, but not completely horrid. 2. The Cheesy/Chile bread tasted OK, but it just tasted like any roll I will go back because I really liked the fusion tacos and they were very nice.
