I greatly enjoyed the entire experience. The food was delicious with great presentation, sauces, flavours, and aromas. The ambiance of the restaurant was classy and fulfilling. The lighting and character of the building was older Spanish styled. The service was top notch and elegant. The overall experience was rewarding and exsquisite.
Had a great dinner and walked around the property. The lamb and pasta were both excellent and the lemon dessert was fantastic. Highly
Amazing farm-to table dining at an old style ranch in New Mexico. Try the famous duck or the lamb birria! I highly, highly recommend!
This spot will be the bar that all special dinners either will or will not surpass going forward in life. Absolutely incredible food. We had what my husband and I (both chefs) considered to be the best seat in house- right by the massive, beautiful kitchen. Watching the female pasta chef get rocked with grace for 2 hours was super cool. First thing we noticed was that she tasted absolutely every pan before plating it- adding salt or acid as needed, supervised by her sous. This was when we knew we were in for a truly special meal, and it definitely did not disappoint. This was so worth every penny, and we can’t wait to return next time we are in ABQ- we will absolutely be staying a night or 2 as well. Shout out to McKenzie, our waitress- perfect service. She answered all of our questions with eloquent knowledge, and we had many. “This is the first salad I had love for” as she sets it down, which was of course perfection. “Like A Duck On Water” is the best cocktail I’ve ever had. If you consider yourself a foodie, you would be doing yourself a disservice by skipping this gem. Be sure to browse the photos of the beautiful space and land, where they farm a handful of their ingredients.Vegetarian options: A vegetarian could have a field day with inspired apps and pasta.Kid-friendliness: Kid’s menu available; best buttered noodles I’ve ever seen, the creaminess was insane. Our picky eater ate every bite, and was intrigued by watching the kitchen.Parking: Plenty of overflow parkingDietary restrictions: We had no restrictions but the menu stated to ask for a gluten free, vegetarian, or vegan menu. McKenzie started the meal asking if we had any allergies to look out for- I’d absolutely trust this kitchen with any restrictions.
