Dunkin Donuts - Loudon

Almost 90% of donuts sold out by 11 am. Then there is no croissant but one. Half the time I come here they don?t have half the items. Not sure how they even stay open.

Was told the sandwich I wanted was unavailable instead of the fact it was just the croissant. Also had to wait 3 times longer than any other dunkins to get a sandwich that had 2 cold eggs and barley cooked bacon for lunch. Thanks guys

Today I went through the drive thru at this Dunkin donuts at about 7:15am 9/20/2022. We had order 2 med ice coffees extra extra, lite ice, 3 blue berry shots, 1 caramel shot 2 sandwiches. First they had only given us one coffee as they misunderstood when we were ordering. Although, the women taking the order had us repeat no exaggeration 4 separate times what our coffeeswere. So I had to pay separately for a coffee... Not a big deal. Although, the coffee they gave us was incorrect to begin with.Therefore I 'd politely stated it wasn 't what was asked for and to please have it remade. They then remade it handed it back withsugar about a quarter of the way up the cup. I then asked if this was a joke? They stated it 's what you asked for although, the2nd ice coffee made correctly and the same exact way as this one and looked completely different. They stated it just wasn 'tstirred thru, so I put napkins over the cover and opened my window and began to shake it upside down to mix it in.... This didnothing the sugar all came back down and was a fourth of the way up the medium cup. I stated I get the same coffee at multipleDunkins 2 times a day and that it doesn 't look like this period. They refused to remake it although incorrect. An although itwas wrong to start with I still was told they weren 't doing anything to fix it as the coffee which was identical to the otherone was made and looked completely different! Ive worked at Dunkins myself I 've made this coffee for over a year myself and hadit made everyday for years since and never have had it taste and look like this and be told they refuse to fix it not one but 3employees Judy, Becka Susan.

On the way home from Concord yesterday we decided to stop at this Dunkins location. We needed a moment to escape from the hot and humid weather the we were experiencing, used the restrooms, and ordered 2 nice refreshing Ice Cold Iced Coffees as well as2 vanilla cream donuts. Let's just say it felt absolutely amazing to be able to get out of the heat and to be able to sit in theAC for a bit to enjoy my coffee and donut.The crew was extremely friendly, helpful and worked very well together. The onlycomplaint I had was that the coffees were really really strong so I had to add more cream and sugar In order to be able todrink it. I also wish that ALL Dunkin locations carried CHOCOLATE CREAM DONUTS!!!! There is a very minimal number of Dunks thatactually do carry them and they sell out so quickly :

Went through the drive thru a few days ago. Who ever was working the speaker couldn't seem to speak up and in a very soft voice just kept repeating, hello, can I help you. I asked for a mocha latte and asked if that drink had a shot of espresso. Sherepeated my offer and didn't seem able to answer my question. I repeated several times I asked you a question, I'm stillawaiting a response. Someone else with an attitude stepped in and repeated my order AGAIN and I said AGAIN , I'm waitingfor an answer to my question. I paid for the drink but really wonder what is going on at that Dunkin. I drank the latte andwithin an hour was violently ill. They have a big problem at this Dunkin. I will certainly never go there again.
