Little Caesars Pizza - Loudon

Every time I visit this location, I am greeted warmly before I even reach the door, even if the staff is busy in the back. I always receive prompt service. Today, I stopped by just for some breadsticks, and the young man at the counter opened the box to ensure they were fresh for me. He was polite and invited me to come back again.

Their pizza is unpredictable, much like a box of chocolates—you never know what you're going to receive! I've ordered several times, and each time they've been out of different toppings. While it’s not a huge issue, they just throw whatever leftovers they have on top instead. Considering you're only 100 feet from a grocery store, running out of vegetables shouldn’t be an excuse.

If you have an allergy and request a small accommodation, they will block your number and ignore your calls. I even tested this by calling from another number right after, and they picked up immediately. It seemed intentional on their part. Don't worry, because the other locations were friendly and accommodating. I even tried to leave a small tip to incentivize them to make a snack, but it wasn’t appreciated. I won't be returning to this place again, and honestly, I'm not disappointed about it.

You might as well grab a DiGiorno from Food City next door because it would take you less time to buy that and make it at home than to wait for a pizza from Little Caesars. I understand the appeal of cheap pizza, but I ordered online and waited until the "your pizza will be ready" time before heading to the store. When I arrived, they then put my order in the oven. I watched seven pizzas leave the store while I waited for my regular pepperoni pizza and cheesy bread. It took a full 34 minutes from placing my order to finally getting my food. And this is what the cheesy bread looked like—an absolute mess. To top it all off, the kitchen staff were wearing open-toed sandals while making pizzas. We won't be coming back.

I consistently have a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant. The staff is always friendly, and the food is served hot every time since I order online or call ahead.
