Subway - Loudon

I can't eat somewhere where they come directly from smoking a cigarette, empty the garbage or wash the handling of money and not the hands. They put on gloves, but they have them with the same hands they don't wash.

I've been here for 22 years. No problems so far. Just a short thought. If you order an hour in advance online and you still have to wait for 7 customers just to get this sandwich made, then what is the point to order online. I simply order online because most of the time I do not wait the time. This makes the second subway local to not have their act together.

Love this day!!! My family is not going anywhere. The staff is always very helpful with what is special at this time. The bread on this subway is by far the softest bread I've ever had. The atmosphere here is very welcome both by the underground staff and by the staff of the petrol station. Thank you guys.

I am a resident of Loudon Co. I have visited this special subway location countless times. Tonight (07/31/19) decided to stop me and my family and get a sub for dinner. We just left Food City and my fiancée wanted something fresh. I'm aware of the operating hours, but instinctively we checked the time to be safe. It is clear that the store is open until 9:00 it was 10 minutes before. The young girl behind the counter had, probably, already closed the door. My son stood in front of the door, and the young girl shook her head. Then we left. I work in this industry and I had many years in customer service. I think that was very unprofessional and rude. I understand that people are happy to go home after a shift, but you do not turn customers during the hours of operation. I cannot imagine that management would certainly not approve this corporate. I didn't just give this place a star because I don't think it would be appropriate. I would only encourage management to look for such things in the future. Small towns offer the majority of shops that will have these stores. Honor your hours and always welcome!
