The Star West Leake - Loughborough

19 of us visited on a busy Saturday night for a hen do, all of the staff were amazing! Our orders were taken 1 week before our booking, drink orders taken and brought over immediately on our arrival, food was brought out promptly, tasty and hot!! Thank you again for accommodating all of us, if we were to visit West Leake again, we would definitely return!! Special mention to Anna, she was so kind and friendly to all of us, a big group and not once did she get flustered!! Service: 5 Location: 5

Fab pub. Super friendly staff, great food and a really lovely atmosphere. Couldn't ask for better in any respect. Long time since we've been in such a good village pub. The dog was spoilt rotten too and loved his place by the fire. Highly recommend and perfect location for taking a Sutton Bonington student for some time with parents. Thanks all, we will be back. We had a brilliant meal in the star and the wonderful owner sat and discussed Ragdale hall with us which was our spa weekend away we were on our way to. She was so lovely and the food was brilliant too. Thank you so much would definitely recommend x Service: 5 Location: 5

Had a fantastic meal last night to celebrate a birthday! Great food, generous portions, friendly staff, and a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Menu selection was excellent with some different options....made it difficult to choose! I had the Gyros with chicken but also tried the halloumi delicious......followed by Chocolate Pie served with Salted Caramel Ice Cream....also delicious! The Star is literally 5 minutes down the road from me (15/20 if you walk) so we will definitely be visiting again very soon. Highly recommended Service: 5 Location: 5
