Contribuisci feedbackI requested a specific pack of cigarettes, but the cashier didn't confirm which ones he selected. While I was counting my cash to pay, I noticed he had picked the wrong pack. I informed him of the mistake, but even though the transaction wasn't complete and I hadn't yet received a receipt, they were reluctant to exchange them. I hadn’t even touched the pack he brought to the counter. After I got a bit assertive, another employee came over and resolved the issue, but this experience leaves me unwilling to return.
I have visited a few times at night and have always had a great experience. Christian and Cameron are excellent employees. The food is consistently good, and these young men are always very pleasant. The store is clean, and the staff is consistently friendly! I would give it a 5-star plus rating!
The store has a great vibe and is open 24/7, but I’m not a fan of the food. Honestly, nothing I’ve tried so far has impressed me enough to say it’s good. Maybe I should explore the menu more, but as it stands, I’d rather have McDonald's—and I don’t even eat there!
8/7/23, Between 11:10am and 11:20am. I order my food and grab my drinks. When I go to self checkout, I'm getting an error message about the card reader. I've worked at sheetz, so I know that once a food ticket has been scanned, Management has to intervene. At this time, there's 2 employees in the kitchen, 1 at the register, and about 4-5 employees (including a manager) huddled around a friendship bracelet display (not paying attention to any customers). After finally getting someone attention, I'm told that I have to go to the register (annoying but okay). After waiting a while, the line piled up behind me while as the employees were super focused on this friendship bracelet display. Eventually the girl at the counter scans my stuff, I pay, and I'm rushed along without a receipt. I check my bank account and realized I was over charged. Now I have to fight for the employees attention again (still messing with the friendship bracelet display). Once I get someone's attention, they bring up my purchase based on the total amount. I was charged twice for both drinks I got. I received cash for my refund when I paid with my card. She didn't even ask how I wanted my refund. I was just being a thorn in their side and taking away time from their friendship bracelet display. Shame on me. Order #517 for the original receipt Order #583 for the refund receipt
Constantly messes up my delivery orders. I order Coke zero, they give me regular Coke. I never get the condiments but am charged for them. My food is 50 50 in being made correctly. No napkins provided either. Staff just doesn't seem to care about accurately making orders. Also they no longer seal up your food bag. They sit it on a rack that anyone can look or reach in. All other restaurants seal up your food bag.
