Contribuisci feedbackI ordered food through the app, and although the food was good, I had to wait 20 minutes at the store for my order after arriving. I also waited 10 minutes after placing my order to head to the store. It was a straightforward order: three plain burgers and one standard Big Star medium meal.
I went there last night and ordered the 10-piece meal, two kids' meals, and four peach pies. But when I got home, I realized I got fries instead of mac and cheese, and I didn't receive any of the little pies. I was too tired and too far away to go back.
I visited this restaurant and had a frustrating experience at the drive-thru. The cashier refused to add bacon on the side to my order, even after confirming that the bacon was ready. Instead, I was told they would have to make an entirely new hamburger with bacon, and my family would need to go through the drive-thru again after already waiting in line. It seemed ridiculous to me! They could have simply added the bacon for an extra $2 and placed it in the same bag. To make matters worse, the cashier slammed the window on me while I was still trying to explain my situation. Overall, there was a complete lack of common sense and customer service skills. I ended up leaving the entire order behind.
This place just needs to close. I haven't gotten good food from here in a while. If this is what is being sold, CLOSE!
Great customer service and the food was great. The restaurant was big, spacious and clean. Also, it was nice chatting with fellow customers. Great atmosphere and wonderful Employees!!!! I will be back again for those Delicious Chili Dogs!!! Yummy!!!
