Timber Creek Grill - Louisburg

A stunning place to eat and unwind. The steak was exquisite, and our server was fantastic! After completing a challenging 25-obstacle mud race, we were worn out, but a delightful meal helped us feel rejuvenated and ready to take on more.

However, I do want to highlight the excellent service we received. Our waitress, Triana, truly went above and beyond in her role. She was friendly and attentive, making our experience much more enjoyable despite the food issues. If we do decide to return, I’ll definitely want her as our waitress again. She has a wonderful personality and a genuine love for her customers. So while I would rate the service a solid 5 stars, unfortunately, the food only gets a 1 star. If you decide to visit, I highly recommend asking for Triana—she’s fantastic and really made our visit worthwhile.

A solid 5 stars! When I asked what I shouldn't miss during my visit, the staff recommended the chicken pliers, and she was spot on! The breading on all the fried foods was amazing, and the fried mushrooms were fantastic as well! The atmosphere is really cool, and the bar area is quite unique. The service was friendly and the food was great. I highly recommend stopping by this small-town bar and barbecue if you're in the area. Don't miss out on the specials!

So a pleasant evening on the deck outside with a view of the brook. The food was excellent! I tried the fish and chips this visit. The Ribeye Sandwich is still my favorite!

Excellent service and food. Worth the 1+ hour drive! My husband said husband steak sandwich was hands down the best he had ever had. The shrimp fettuccine was fantastic, as well. The only reason they don't get five stars is due to their very greasy, overpriced chips and queso. But worth a trip back!!
