Contribuisci feedbackUnderstaffed and slammed on a Christmas Eve lunch time. Waited over ten minutes to order as the two sole employees were frantically making a giant order for a very large group ahead of us.
Customer service is horrible, rude employees. If you don't like working at a restaurant; you should quit, don't take it out on the customer.
Nothing seemed to be working, fryer down, employee fedup with a huge rush of people coming in at midnight and having to come back in early in the morning. You should probably manage your employees' time better. It's been 15 minutes and about 10 people are waiting for their order.
Friendly cashier who took our order and seemed to prepare most of our food. Had to embarrassingly tell us that they were out of roast beef at an Arby's! I've then opted for a Reuben sandwich which was okay. Seemed short staffed as tables needed busing and waste cans were full to the top.
This was a clean location, both the Arby's and gas station. Polite employees at Arby's and quick service.
