Delicious and the staff has always been very pleasant. Making chit chat with me.

Very friendly, very helpful. Except they forgot to give us the triple chocolate cookie which IS on the receipt. No Arby's in our area, so hadn't been in one in ages. Menu has changed. I wasn't hungry but my husband was, and dismayed to realize he could not see well enough to read the menu, and came out. (I had stayed in the car with the pups. I keep getting disappointed by bad customer service, which is why I haven't tried them in years. 7 years later, can't even get 2 questions in before being hung up on and the same thing on the second call by a different employee. That's fine, I'm done. Even Burger King isn't this bad.
