Always Very efficient with time and very very polite and helpful

I ordered 2 blackberry teas to go. I got 1 sweet tea and 1coke.

Always have problems with to go orders. Items missing or food not cooked as ordered. Nothing like getting home to realize your steak is raw and food is missing. They waste a bunch of time on the phone trying to get the issue fixed. Save your time and money and eat somewhere else. Management here is a joke.

Food is ok, service is not good even when they aren't busy. It's pretty typical for the area. Very busy on Friday and Saturday.

What a poor experience, food took so long and somehow was still cold as though it was held. They messed up most of our food, if we asked for rare burgers they gave us burnt ones with barely any ingredients on them as though they were running low. Asked for extra sauce and it was barely visible. All the food tastes worst than fast food or leftovers
