Beware that the prices have INCREASED! I was surprised to find out the medium signature pizza was $19.79:o

Incomplete order and items that I did not order were delivered, told to pay cash, driver did not have change. Pizza undercooked and cold. Horrible from start to finish. I can't imagine how this place is in business. Save yourself money and buy frozen pizza; same quality, better price.

I have eaten at the Deridder location twice and wasn’t really happy with it to be honest. It just didn’t taste like my kind of pizza. Today I was traveling through Leesville on the way in and tried the Leesville store and it was quite literally one of the best pizzas I have eaten. Gilbert's has great pizzas and a fantastic staff! We love their spinach pizza and their BBQ pizza — they use really good chicken. The garlic bites are tasty and so is the giant brownie. Prices have recently gone up, so the menus shown in other reviews probably don't reflect that.

Tremendous food created with fresh ingredients, I recommend ordering on the website if you can. I appreciate that it lets me create my own Pizza/Stromboli. I'll miss this spot when I leave town.
