Tj Ribs — Siegen Lane - Louisiana

My bf and I went here while out in Baton Rouge for a business trip. It was right next to the hotel we were staying at. The food was great, I wasn't really hungry but he had the two meat combo. The chicken wings and brisket were amazing! The mashed potatoes were a little weird and the peach “cobbler” looked like apple crisp in a bowl with some nuts and was not crunchy at all. Very unprofessional had several problems with the server Courtney. She was very unprofessional arguing with me saying she doesn’t care because her tip is already included. When I ask to speak to the manager he didn’t come to the table. I wouldn’t recommend this specific location.

The ribs and brisket were great. The Dalrymple salad was pretty good, albeit the blackened seasoning on the shrimp made them very salty. Louisiana isn't known for its bbq but this was a nice surprise.

Used to love this place bit the prices keep going up. Food is still good just bot as budget friendly as it once was.

My ribs was burnt an dry.. Everything else was ok.. Gd service..
