The Ribeye was cooked M-Rare on the spot, and I substituted the veggies for mashed potatoes with cream gravy, jalapeños, and toast bread with butter! No complaints or attitudes from the waitress, who fought for everything I requested from beginning to end. I'm a handful in a restaurant and she satisfied every request, with the exception of Ice Cream with chocolate syrup, nuts, whipped cream and a cherry! But hey… such is life! I have been eating at White Tails for years. It is the best place to eat in St Landry parish. At least in my opinion.

Love coming here and eating from the buffet! The food is always delicious and the service is wonderful!
