Always great food! Caprese pizza great, Gionino bread great, and we tried the meatball casserole was great also!! Gionino’s in Louisville always and consistently have great food!! Long blonde hair lady was very mean.She was screaming at an older man about his order Place is falling apart Arrive to pick up order ,and they messed up ours and 2 other people’s ! Now half our food will be cold and half is getting remade. No offer to remake all to be fresh. No offer for a discount. Ordered dinner at 545, confirmed my address even had to spell nickelplate to the caller. Was told 45min-1 hour called an hour and a half later, was told it was placed under pickup but they would deliver it right now. Got a call saying they had to refund money and recharge me for delivery. Delivery guy shows up with half my order and it was cold. Called store and asked them to remake my food and where the other half was. I was met with rude remarks. Finally, was told they'd remake my pizza but not the chicken. Go to pick it up myself and there's a bunch of e.ployees standing around and was told not much more they can do. Did offer to give me a credit of $36.l to use another time. I'm just upset with how things were handled. I understand people need trained but when I was there it sounded like this was a common problem tonight. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
