Bob Evans - Louisville

Well I waited for 40min to get seated and the waitress told me that I can be seated but, I can't order anything!! So I proceed to go next door and was seated and ordered my food within 10min tops!! Never again will I try this place again!! In any state!!

The grilled chicken was a little over done. The turkey and dressing lacked enough turkey gravy, had to ask for more, the mashed potatoes had brown gravy whereas I had specifically requested turkey gravy, and most of the carrots were raw, not cooked. Our server did go back and brought me more turkey gravy, and more carrots for both our meals, so we get enough cooked carrots, leaving the raw ones on our plates. Our server tried to make it right, but I am sorry but it should have been right the first time around.

We were visiting my sister in Louisville and found this restaurant near our hotel. New to us, as we didn't know what kind of food they served, but were pleasantly surprised by everything we ordered.

I called Bob Evans because I use to work there to go about how to receive my 401k benefits I'm not what the managers name was but whoever was the manager a Lady on July 31st 2024 at 3:46 pm was very rude and. Was trying to rush me off the phone then proceeded to hang up on me the worst manager I ever spoke with in a long time

We ordered over $50 worth of food directly from the Bob Evans Website for delivery. We were delivered the wrong order- 1 total meal that we didn 't even order, and called the store. As soon as we received the food, we called the store and they agreed that the orders had been mixed up and stated oh, you 're like the third person that 's had this issue. My husband then volunteers to go pick up the order, and the staff were nothing but rude. 2 hours later, we were left with 4 disgusting cold meals, and they weren 't even willing to remake the food, even though we volunteered to wait. I understand it was a large order to remake, but it was their mistake. They stated that because the names on the order were so similar (Isaiah H and Elijah E) that it was our fault the orders were confused (btw our order was 4 meals, the other was 1). We typically never complain, but this was such a waste of time and money. Attached is 1 example of the food we did recieve.
