Burgerim Louisville

First time ordering here. Very pleasant atmosphere, but the food is not good at all. Ordered two crab burgers which did not taste anything like crab. They were the size of an onion ring. It was mainly mushy crust. Even after we specifically asked for it to be cooked well done. Also ordered the cowboy burger specifically asked for Swiss cheese, but still received cheddar cheese. All 3 burgers looked tasted as if they could be found at your local grocery store. Personally the quality of the food was low. Will not be returning.

Good burgers. Service was fast and friendly. Did not eat in. Take out was a breeze. Lamb slider was great.

Bbq wings were very good. Great size, amount of sauce and cooked perfect. The burgers were some of the best I have had. I did not care for the milkshakes. Tasted thin and watery. However we will definitely be back for the wings and burgers.

I really wanted to like this place, as it touted itself to be a fusion joint. I was pretty excited going in. The names aloo tikki burger, chicken tandoori burger all jumped at me. You don 't see them often in burger form in Kentucky. You order at the counter and the food is brought to the table you choose. The service was good. It is a brightly lit, sports bar-y kind of place with a nice bar and huge televisions. Now, as for the food, I ordered the tandoori chicken burger with much anticipation. Imagine my surprise when the first bite sent me into bland-a-land instead of the flavor explosion I was hoping to experience. The chicken had no salt! None whatsoever. The raita sauce was paltry at best, and did nothing to oomph the little burger. The fries were okay. My kid 's chicken meal was excellent! The chicken was uniformly breaded and fried to perfection. It even retained some moisture. The coin fries didn 't work at all. Overall, could 've been a better meal. Maybe I 'll try the aloo tikki (potato cutlet) burger the next time.

Sometimes I want a good greasy burger and sometimes I want something a little healthier. And the salmon burger at BurgerIm is a perfect combination of the two! It was healthy and delicious, so much great flavor! Add the signature round fries to it and it was a really good dinner. Staff here is super friendly and efficient.
